Mirae has been manufacturing pick and place machines since 1998, there are currently over 2,000 SMT machines installed worldwide. In addition to SMT equipment Mirae Corporation is a world leader in memory testing and handling, LED test and sort equipment, and linear motor technology for equipment used in almost every facet of manufacturing. Mirae placement systems are available in single gantry, two-head models that run at 8,000 CPH (IPC9850) through dual gantry, dual conveyor, twelve-head systems that deliver up to 42,000 CPH (IPC9850). All assemblers are ergonomically designed for operator comfort and safety and all models come equipped with linear motors provide unsurpassed placement accuracy of up to 25µm (3σ). Linear motors are faster, more accurate, and more robust than other drive systems typically in use in SMT equipment. The vision system and machine software is intuitive and easy to use with exceptional performance and programming and abilities. The Mirae offline software allows programmers to import Centriod ASCII, CAD, Gerber, or Image files to ensure quick and accurate programming. Every Mirae Surface Mount Pick and Place is available with the trolley system to allow faster changeover and a reduction in setup time. |
