The Mx200LED is the
fifth machine in the 200 series and is designed for the unique
challenges faced when processing large substrates used in the LED
lighting industry. The Mx200LED can process panels up to 1,200mm in
length. All versions of the Mx200 series machines
utilize the next generation linear motor technology providing speed and
placement accuracy of 25µ (3σ). They
are built on
a solid robust frame, employ one precision controlled overhead gantry,
intuitive software, and offer placement rates from 15,000 CPH through
21,000 CPH (IC9850).

LSM (LED Supply Machine) The LSM from Mirae presents bulk packaged LEDs to the LED pick and place machine, eliminating the cost and handling involved with getting parts placed onto tape and reel. ü Include polarity check of LED’s ü Allows direction control prior to pickup ensuring all LEDS are placed on the substrate correctly eliminating the possibility of costly rework ü Available on Trolley for quick setup and changeover between LED applications and traditional SMT applications ü Independent controller for ease of use |
